Medicanima SCINTIVET is a new specialized nuclear medicine clinic for small animals (cats) that brings modern and internationally proven methods of treating hyperthyroidism in cats to the Czech Republic.

Our main goal is to provide highly professional care using radioiodine therapy and functional scintigraphy. We pride ourselves on our individual approach to each patient, close cooperation with referring veterinarians, and a combination of cutting-edge diagnostics with safe and effective therapy.

The uniqueness of our facility lies in the combination of an experienced team of feline medicine specialists, MVDr. Mgr. Kateřina Návojová Horáčková and MVDr. Martina Načeradská, with the use of the latest methods of nuclear medicine. This allows us to offer solutions that are not only effective and gentle, but also significantly improve the quality of life of our animal patients and their owners. The success rate of treatment is 95% or higher.
