Our new Hotel for Pets, including those with health issues

At the Medicanima clinic, our goal is to provide comprehensive care for every pet. That’s why we’ve decided to expand our services for you and are now offering a pet hotel with veterinary supervision under the Medicanima brand. It is located in Prague 10 – Strašnice, separate from the clinic in Palmovka. Whether your pet is suffering from an ailment and requires ongoing medication or is in perfect health, we’re here for everyone!
Our nurses and veterinarians will provide them with comprehensive, individualized care throughout their stay, so you can go on that long-awaited vacation with peace of mind, or simply take a break from the demanding care routine.
We can perfectly care for all animals—not just dogs and cats, but also rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, and other small mammals.
Of course, we have separate rooms for dogs and cats to prevent them from encountering each other and avoid unnecessary stressful situations. We typically house small mammals in the cat section. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate birds, reptiles, and other exotic animals.
Individual care for everyone
We are prepared to care for a diverse group of animals with a wide range of needs. Every animal is unique, with its own specific needs and different issues that bring them to us. That is why we treat each patient individually and, with the utmost professionalism, create a customized care plan to ensure comprehensive care.
Our hotel’s capacity is limited to 6 spots in the section for cats and small mammals and 6 spots in the section for dogs, so that we can provide every animal guest with the utmost care and individual attention.
Team
Your pet will be cared for by an experienced team of veterinarians and nurses from our Medicanima clinics and Martina Načeradská’s clinic. The hotel accepts healthy animals or those requiring regular medical care (medication administration, increased care needs, limited mobility, etc.). We do not accept patients with infectious diseases. For animals with infectious diseases or requiring intensive care, we offer hospitalization at our clinic in Palmovka, where we are specially equipped for such cases.
Price List
We will take care of your pet under any arrangement you need — whether you only need daytime care while you are at work, or accommodation for several days. The length of stay is not limited by either a minimum or maximum duration. Your pet is welcome to bring their favorite toys, and you may also provide their preferred food or bedding that they are used to. We will fully adapt to your needs.
The accommodation prices for dogs and cats are:
- 1,200 CZK for short-term accommodation lasting up to 12 hours — for example, during your working hours
- 1,900 CZK per day for accommodation lasting longer than 12 hours
For small mammals (ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.), the prices are half:
- 600 CZK / 950 CZK
All prices include VAT.
SPECIAL OFFER: introductory rates for stays booked until August 31, 2026!!!
- For stays lasting 2 consecutive days or less, the total accommodation price is reduced by 15%
- For stays lasting longer than 2 days, the total accommodation price is reduced by 30%
