Opening hours during the May holidays
Dear clients, to help your pets when they need us, we will be here for you even during the May holidays.
On Thursday, May 1st, we will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (with the possibility of overnight hospitalization), but the entire day will be on standby with an additional charge and limited capacity, which is why we are not taking orders on this day and will mainly focus on acute cases.
On Friday, May 2nd, we will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but without evening emergency services and the possibility of overnight hospitalization.
On Wednesday, May 7th, we will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., without evening emergency services and the possibility of overnight hospitalization.
On Thursday, May 8th, we will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (with the possibility of overnight hospitalization). This will be an emergency mode with a surcharge and limited capacity, so we are not taking orders for this day and will mainly focus on acute cases.
On Friday, May 9, there will be a standard mode, i.e. from 8:30 to 20:00 normal operation, and from 20:00 to 23:30 emergency with the possibility of overnight hospitalization.

EMERGENCY - we are extending our opening hours!
Because we know how important it is to have top-notch veterinary care available whenever you need it, we are extending our opening hours to 11:30 p.m. starting in April, with the option of overnight hospitalization for patients.
In April, we are adding these evening emergency services from Monday to Thursday, and from May, we will also add Fridays.
Normal opening hours Monday - Friday 8.30 - 20.00
Emergency service Monday-Thursday 20.00 - 23.30
We would like to inform you that an emergency surcharge of CZK 1,000 is charged for emergency services.
For our regular clients, this emergency surcharge is reduced to CZK 600.
