We are here for your 24 hours every day, regardless of weekends and holidays.
We would just like to remind you that the order of patients is always determined by the doctor. If you have an appointment for a specific time, we always do our best to keep it. However, it may happen that the patient before you turned out to be a more complicated case than expected, or our doctors had to attend to an emergency outside the planned schedule. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. If a significant delay is expected, we try to resolve the situation in your favor, even by arranging for a different doctor to treat your pet, provided their expertise and your animal companion’s health needs allow it.
Normal opening hours Monday - Friday 8.30 - 20.00
Evening emergency service every day 20.00 - 23.30
Night emergency service every day from 23.30 to 8.30 in the morning
The clinic doors are closed and we accept patients only by telephone appointment - call 252 252 111.
On weekends and public holidays, we operate in emergency mode all day.
We would like to inform you that an emergency surcharge of CZK 1,500 is charged for emergency services.
For our regular clients, this emergency surcharge is reduced to CZK 1,000.
